	Vulindlela (Vuli) Cuba (54) *Independent Non-Executive Chairman* B.Sc (Information Systems), B.Sc (Land Surveying), MBA Vulindlela (Vuli) Cuba (54) holds a B.Sc (Land Surveying) from the University of Fort Hare, B.Sc (Information Systems) from UNISA and an MBA degree from the London Business School.



	Tony van Marken (45) *Chief Executive Officer* B Comm, B.Sc (Computer Science) Tony van Marken (45) has had a successful career as a high-tech entrepreneur, management consultant, venture capitalist and independent director in South Africa, the United Kingdom, Canada and France. Tony joined the board of Vox Telecom in July 2006 as a non-executive director and was appointed Executive Chairman in November of 2006. In September 2009 he was appointed Chief Executive Officer.


	Douglas Reed (50) *Group Managing Director* Doug Reed (50) is a serial entrepreneur whose biggest passion is starting up and growing successful businesses - especially when other people think it's impossible.



	Gert Koen (31) *Chief Financial Officer* BAcc (Hons), CA (SA) Gert Koen (31) obtained his BAcc (Hons) degree through the University of Stellenbosch in 2000 and completed his articles with Greenwoods Chartered Accountants, during which time he managed the audit of Vox Orion (Pty) Ltd (now a major subsidiary of Vox Telecom Limited).



	Thierry Dalais (50) *Non-Executive Director* Mr Thierry Dalais is the executive chairman and a founder of the Metier Group and serves as a non executive director of a number of listed and unlisted companies.



	Dalein van Zyl *Alternate Director to Mr. R.T. Dalais* B.Eng (Mech), MBA Dalein completed his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering at Stellenbosch University and, after graduating, spent time in the mining industry and investment banking.



	Ernst Röth *Non-Executive Director* BCom (Stell), BCompt (Hons)(UNISA), CA(SA), Post-Graduate Certificate Advance Tax (UNISA) After qualifying as a chartered accountant, Ernst Roth spent most of his career in public practice and also worked in the office of the Auditor General of South Africa for three years.



	Pierre Joubert (44) *Non-Executive Director* B Comm, CA (SA) After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte & Touche in 1992, Pierre joined Reunert Limited as a project accountant at the group head office.



	Douglas Wallace (62) *Independent Non-Executive Director* CA (SA) Douglas, a Chartered Accountant, retired from Deloitte in 2005 and now sits on the Board of Trustees of the Epoch Trust, a charitable trust formed by Anglo American PLC as part of its social responsibility.
