The central hub of Vox Telecom’s customer support operations is the Vox Telecom Service Centre. It is a 24/7/365 operation that supports all the divisions within the Group. Based in Centurion, Gauteng, the Service Centre not only offers immediate support for all customers, but also continuously monitors all of Vox Telecom’s networks and infrastructure to ensure that quality of service is always maintained.
Vox Telecom has preferred supplier agreements with a number of market leading ICT companies and PBX suppliers in order to provide both the corporate and consumer markets with seamless, comprehensive solutions. An extensive team of account managers and technical engineers are employed in each regional office, ensuring local service and timeous implementation of solutions.
